A few years ago, Emily and Bryan were dating when one of Emily's roommates asked if they would help her model for some photos. As the photo shoot went on, Bryan thought "This feels a lot like engagement photos." Needless to say, a ring came later, and the two actually ended up using a photo from the shoot to announce their impending wedding. However, they never actually got engagement photos done when they were engaged.
Enter me. It was too perfect.
Luckily I have enough control not to run up screaming, "Oh my gosh! Guys! PLEASE let me do your 'engagement' photos!" But when I found out my good friends were moving out of Raleigh, North Carolina where I'm currently based, I had to do something. And I'm so grateful to them for being so willing. I hope it feels like a visit to those early engagement days when you took a walk and you were so excited just to be together and to hold hands down the sidewalk by a pond.
