Anyone who knows Heidi knows she's a caregiver. Her sparkling blue eyes practically pop out of her head with happiness to see you and within seconds you're laughing making inside jokes and silly faces. Then, her mezzo soprano chuckle makes you feel like the best live studio audience is there just beyond the fourth wall entertained by your very being together. Kids especially sense this outpouring of love from Heidi. Hugs, kisses and adorably shy smiles follow her like little footprints in the dirt and add to Heidi’s naturally glowing smile. Something about that giving and loving amplifies this joie de vivre that emanates from her, infectious and beautiful.
What people also generally know about her is that she’s a talented actress and a savvy clothes thrifter. As we talked throughout her session, I learned that something she’d love to try is a thrifted fashion blog. So watch out world, Queen / CEO of Heidi Talks Thrifting (as we’ve nicknamed her dream endeavor) is just beginning on her road beyond college and it will likely include more wild frontiers of beautiful secondhand gingham and t-strap shoes.
